Delivery & Returns
Some of our pieces are delicate. We pack them with great care to protect them in transit, but breakages do occur occasionally, despite our best efforts.
We ship worldwide and shipping costs are determined by destination and product weight. A full range of shipping options is available.
If you change your mind about your purchase you may return the item to us for a full refund, with postage and packing deducted, within 28 days of delivery. We will only refund items received in new, unused condition, with the original paperwork.
If your item was incorrect or defective and the return is due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. Any such claims must be made within 28 days of delivery.
When returning items to us for any reason, please obtain a certificate of posting when returning the goods as we cannot be held responsible for packages which go astray in transit.
If you need to return an item, please email us at BristolCo-Op@outlook.com with your item number and a brief message. We will then promptly be in touch to arrange your return.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Payments will be refunded using the method in which the original purchase was made.
